Command center

The command center is the operator-facing coordination surface of CT Networks. It is not a passive dashboard. It is the action surface for live event work, the supervision surface for coworker activity, and the escalation surface for everything that needs a human.

Core definition

The command center is the coordination layer between human operators, AI coworkers, event state, incidents, tasks, and approvals. It exists to answer four questions: what did this coworker do, why did it do it, what is waiting on me, and what should be escalated.

Design principles

1

It must be an action surface, not a passive dashboard.

2

It must show coworker activity attributably and reviewably.

3

It must surface alerts, incidents, and approvals as actionable queues.

4

It must let an operator intervene, override, and escalate at any moment.
