AI specialists
The specialist model only works if it maps to a real operating model. In CT Networks, specialists are not chatbots with nicer branding. They are bounded operators inside an event workspace.
Core definition
An AI specialist is a persistent event operator with a role, scope, playbooks, operator-visible activity, and escalation rules. It can help run repeatable work, synthesize context, and recommend action, but it does not operate outside the permissions and controls defined by the event team.
Design principles
A specialist has a named role and a clear job inside event operations.
A specialist works inside playbooks, permissions, and approval rules.
A specialist leaves activity behind in the event workspace so operators can review, intervene, and learn from it.
A specialist is not the product by itself. It is one operating unit inside a wider event system.
